Special Needs Activities with Parent Support (SNAPS) is a group for parents/carers of children and young people with various disabilities and complex needs. Our aim is to provide support to families in the Tees Valley area; we achieve this by organising term time and holiday activities.
SNAPS Tees Valley welcomes all ages with or without a diagnosis. Parents/carers must stay and be responsible for their young people at all times and show respect to other families.

Daisy Chain was established to provide a haven for families affected by autism in the Tees Valley. Our unique charity addresses the needs of children on the autism spectrum and their families, including support for children undergoing the diagnosis process, their parents & carers, siblings, and services for autistic adults. We provide a place for them to go to feel supported and understood without judgement.

Eastern Ravens Trust provides dedicated and tailored support to young carers and their families.  Young carers are children, young people and young adults who provide regular and ongoing physical and emotional care, personal care or practical support to a family member who is physically or mentally ill or who is disabled or misuses substances.  The service provides a menu of support which can include young carers respite breaks, one to one support or a young carers card.

A registered charity focused on reducing the isolation of autistic children/young people and their families by offering low cost inclusive activities. They provide support, advice and information to parents and carers through social media, parent carer meet ups and training.
